2022 Recap: Together We Can

What a year it has been at Bread & Roses! 

We’ve had such a wonderful time being back with our community and reopening our dining rooms for Community Meals in September! While many things have evolved throughout the year to meet the ever-changing needs of our community, we have remained dedicated to our mission to addressing food insecurity in our community through our various meal and outreach programs. 

And you have been there with us for every step of the way!

Together, we were able to accomplish some pretty amazing things, including: 

• Rescuing 190 Tons of Food

• Preparing and serving 17,000+ Community Meals

• Distributing 2,500+ Emergency Pantry Meals

• Delivering 5,000 Monthly Mobile Meals 

• Providing 800+ Grocery Cards

• Rescuing and distributing 17 Tons of Pet Food

• Distributing 130 Laundry Cards to 25 Guests

Together we’ve helped over 20,000 households access food, laundry services, clothing, hygiene products, and health services. 

Times are tough for everyone right now. We’re grateful for everything you’ve helped us do for our community this year and we’re looking to continuing to fight hunger and hardship with you in 2023.
